FOUNDER FIT NOTES: I am wearing my usual XS in the Eloise Dress, and I absolutely love the way this one fits. The silhouette is incredibly flattering, especially if you have a smaller waist and fuller hips like I do, as it skims the body beautifully without feeling restrictive. The subtle cap sleeve provides just the right amount of coverage while still feeling feminine and polished. I would recommend taking your usual size in this style, though if you are fuller through the bust or have a broader ribcage, you may be more comfortable sizing up. The back zipper creates a tailored fit through the bodice, while the back slit allows for easy movement and all-day comfort. (Jamie is 5’4”, typically wears an XS, and is a 34 B/C with a petite shoulder line and curvier hips for fit reference.)
