We are transitioning our returns process! For returns on any orders dated March 30th-April 30th, please contact us at customercare@duffieldlane.com and we would be happy to help!

Any orders placed after April 30th please use this link HERE to start a return or exchange.

Return Policy:

At Duffield Lane we will gladly accept Full-Price merchandise for return or exchange that has not been worn, altered or washed for up to 21 days following the purchase date. Returns received after 21 days but less than 30 days after the date shipped will be issued an e-gift certificate for the purchase price. E-Gift Certificates are only redeemable at https://duffieldlane.com/ and may not be used at other locations that sell Duffield Lane merchandise.

We are excited to offer you the option to unlock free return shipping for the eligible items in your order by paying a fee of $3.98 at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, you will be responsible for your return shipping costs. We do, however, offer free exchanges! We will cover the cost of shipping if you decided to exchange for a different size or style!

FINAL SALE - PLEASE NOTE: Any purchases with a 30% DISCOUNT OR MORE applied are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for a refund. Final Sale merchandise can, however, still be returned for store credit or exchanged for a different style. 

Any merchandise returned to Duffield Lane without a return authorization from our customer service team will be automatically processed as a return for store credit. 

Return Exceptions: In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item from duffieldlane.com, please report the items within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. To report your defective or incorrect item, email customercare@duffieldlane.com.
