Fit
Our styles are designed with a relaxed, easy-to-wear fit in mind. In general, our sizing runs as follows:
XS: 0–2
S: 4–6
M: 8–10
L: 10–12
XL: 14
XXL: 16
XXXL: 18
We also include specific sizing notes on each product page to help you find your perfect fit. If you’re between sizes or prefer a more tailored look, consider sizing down. While exact length can vary slightly by style, here’s a general guide based on a size Small and an average-height woman (5'4"–5'6"):
Above the Knee Dress: Length ~35 ¾"
Hits just above the knee
Midi Dress: Length ~46"
Hits mid-calf
Maxi Dress: Length ~50"
Falls between the ankle and the floor
Please note that many of our models are between 5’10” and 6”, so dresses may appear shorter on the model.
FABRIC
We carefully select high-quality fabrics that are made to last and made to live in. Almost all of our styles are machine washable (we recommend using the delicate cycle to be safe), and for more delicate materials, we suggest hang drying to help preserve the fabric over time. That said, in true Jamie fashion, she machine washes and tumble-dries literally everything—and her pieces have held up beautifully for years!

SHIPPING
Our team processes all orders in 1-3 business days. Shipping time is based on which shipping method you select:
- Standard shipping ships in 2-5 business days and is free on orders $250+, and $9 on orders below $250.
- Priority shipping ships in 2-3 business days and has a flat fee of $20
Yes, we ship internationally! Shipping pricing will vary based on location and will be applied in the proper currency at checkout.
We ship from our warehouse in Grand Rapids, MI, as well as our two retail locations in Leland, MI, and Saugatuck, MI.
We ship via UPS or USPS, depending on the most efficient timing.
RETURNS
If you would like to return an item(s), please CLICK HERE to visit our return platform. Once there, you can process your return, and a shipping label will be generated for you. Pack your items for return and use the label to ship your parcel back to us!

Once there, enter your order number and zip code and follow the prompts to select your new merchandise. Finish the exchange process, and a shipping label will be generated for you. Pack your items for return and use the label to ship your parcel back to us!
At Duffield Lane we will gladly accept full-price merchandise for return or exchange that has not been worn, altered or washed. Returns received after 30 days but less than 45 days after the date shipped will be issued an e-gift certificate for the purchase price. For our full return & exchange policy CLICK HERE.
Through Checkout Plus we are excited to offer you the option to unlock free return shipping for the eligible items in your order by paying a fee of $1.98 at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, you will be subject to a $13 shipping fee on the date you ship your item(s) back to us for a return/exchange.

ORDERS
If you would like to edit or cancel your order, please reach out to our customer service team at customercare@duffieldlane.com. We will be happy to assist you with any changes! Please note that we try to process orders as quickly as possible, and many orders placed on business days will ship the same day. Orders placed on the weekends will be processed the next business day.
No, multiple discounts cannot be used on the same purchase.
Absolutely! If the discount code is applicable to your order, please contact our customer service team at customercare@duffieldlane.com, and we will be happy to apply the discount and issue a refund for the discounted amount.
Our welcome discounts are sent via email. Please check all of your email folders, including Spam. If you did not receive your welcome discount, please contact our customer service team at customercare@duffieldlane.com, and we will be happy to find and apply your code to your order! Please note that the welcome code is only valid on your first purchase.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information for your package. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated. If you cannot find your tracking information, please contact our customer service team at customercare@duffieldlane.com, and we will be happy to help track your order and provide additional information.
If there is any problem with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team at customercare@duffieldlane.com. We are happy to help with damages, incorrect or missing items, and anything else that may arise with your order.
If an item is purchased on pre-order, payment will be collected at the time of order, and orders will be fulfilled as soon as Duffield Lane receives the merchandise at our warehouse. Once received, we will fulfill and ship your item! You will receive tracking information once your pre-order ships!

We’re always happy to help! If your size is sold out online, we can often find it at one of our partner boutiques that carry Duffield Lane. We manufacture our styles in small batches, the slow old-fashioned way with custom-made fabrications, so often when a style is sold out, it is gone! However, we occasionally restock select best-selling styles, and we’ll always announce those via email. So be sure you’re signed up to stay in the loop!
