FOUNDER FIT NOTES: I took my normal XS, and this is my definition of an everyday uniform. The Pique fabric has so much stretch, the subtle puff sleeve adds just the right amount of femininity, and the shape is flattering without feeling fitted. It's one of those dresses I'll throw on with sneakers for busy days or sandals when I want to look a little more polished. And when life happens, it goes right in the wash. (Jamie is 5’4”, typically wears an XS, and is a 34 B/C with a petite shoulder line and curvier hips for fit reference.)
