FOUNDER FIT NOTES: I took my normal XS, and this is one of my favorite Banks fabrics yet. It's a lightweight Oxford that feels unbelievably soft. The shoulders fit perfectly on my petite frame, and the whole dress has that easy, sporty feel I love. It has pockets, isn't lined, and truly feels as good as it looks. You'll understand what I mean as soon as you put it on. (Jamie is 5’4”, typically wears an XS, and is a 34 B/C with a petite shoulder line and curvier hips for fit reference.)
