FOUNDER FIT NOTES: I took my normal XS, and this is one of those dresses that immediately makes you feel put together. The waist is so flattering thanks to the comfortable stretch, while still leaving plenty of room through the bust. It's unlined and incredibly lightweight, making it perfect for the season. At 5'4", it hits as a true midi, which I especially love because it's hard to find that length when you're petite. Add in the pockets, and honestly, I have no complaints. (Jamie is 5’4”, typically wears an XS, and is a 34 B/C with a petite shoulder line and curvier hips for fit reference.)
