FOUNDER FIT NOTES: I wore the XS in the Sleeveless Fia for a more fitted, polished look, and I loved how flattering it felt on. This is definitely one of our more fitted silhouettes compared to some of our swingier styles, but it still has room through the hips, so it never feels restrictive. I also tried the S, and it gave a more relaxed, shift-style fit with about an extra half inch of length, so it really comes down to personal preference. I’m 5’4” for reference, and I found both sizes flattering with no gaping. I also love that it’s just an easy pull-on style with no zipper to fuss with. (Jamie is 5’4”, typically wears an XS, and is a 34 B/C with a petite shoulder line and curvier hips for fit reference.)
