FOUNDER FIT NOTES: I took my normal XS, and this dress is unbelievably easy to wear. The fabric has a soft, stretchy feel with just enough smoothing through the body, while still comfortably skimming over my hips. At 5'4", it hits as a true midi, and I love the side slits and longer short sleeves that give it such an effortless look. It's one of those dresses you'll reach for again and again because it's just that comfortable. (Jamie is 5’4”, typically wears an XS, and is a 34 B/C with a petite shoulder line and curvier hips for fit reference.)
