FOUNDER FIT NOTES: I took my usual XS in the Sleeveless Iris Dress, but found it to be quite generous in fit. This is a very swingy silhouette with plenty of room throughout the body, so if you are between sizes or prefer a slightly less oversized look, I would recommend sizing down. The relaxed shape creates beautiful movement and makes this one of the easiest dresses to throw on and wear all day. (Jamie is 5’4”, typically wears an XS, and is a 34 B/C with a petite shoulder line and curvier hips for fit reference.)
