Where We Ship To:
- Street addresses, P.O. Boxes, and Military APO/FPO addresses
- All 50 states, including the District of Columbia
- Special shipping can be arranged. Please send inquiries to info@duffieldlane.com
Please note we are unable to expedite shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, therefore a physical address is needed.
Shipping Details and Timing:
Processing Time: We do our best to get your order processed and in the mail to you asap!
- Orders placed before 11:59 am EST on a business day will ship the same day
- Orders placed after 11:59 am EST on a business day will ship the following business day
- Order placed on a weekend or holiday will be shipped the following business day
Free Shipping: Orders placed using our free shipping service will ship via the US Postal Service priority or first class mail (depending on package size). Shipping time is generally 2-3 days.
Express Shipping: Orders placed using express shipping will ship via the US Postal Service Priority Express shipping. Shipping time is 1-2 days and you will be provided a tracking number to track your package.
Our goal at Duffield Lane is to make you happy and comfortable both in your new clothing and through the purchase process. If you need your order overnighted or need any other special accommodations, please let us know and we will do our best to make it work. We are happy when you are happy!

Easy Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy:
All items purchased during our Sidewalk Sale are Final Sale. We will only accept exchanges or returns for store credit.
At Duffield Lane we will gladly accept Full-Price merchandise for return or exchange that has not been worn, altered or washed. All sale items that have not been worn, altered or washed can be exchanged or refunded for store credit.
Please download the return form here, and use the prepaid label enclosed in your order to return the item(s). If you choose to use the enclosed label, a shipping fee of $10 will be automatically deducted from your refund. You are also welcome to ship the return back yourself. Please send all returns to: Duffield Lane, 127 S Division Ave, Suite 150, Grand Rapids, MI 49503.
For a merchandise refund, the merchandise must be received within 60 days from the date shipped.
Returns received after 60 days but less than 90 days after the date shipped will be issued an e-gift certificate for the purchase price. E-Gift Certificates are only redeemable at duffieldlane.com and may not be used at other locations that sell Duffield Lane merchandise.
Returns and Exchanges:
Exchanges: At Duffield Lane we are only happy if you are happy, which is why we provide every customer with 100% free exchanges. To exchange your item please fill out the enclosed exchange and return form, and pack it with the items you would like exchange. Mail your package back to us using the enclosed pre-paid shipping label. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
Returns: To make a return, fill out the enclosed exchange and return form, and pack it with the items you would like return. You are welcome to use the enclosed pre-paid shipping label to send back your return.The return postage of $10 will be deducted from your refund. Your package can be dropped off at any USPS location. No additional postage or notification is required. You may also choose to receive an e-gift certificate instead of a cash refund, and the return fee will be waived
Return Exceptions: In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect Item from DuffieldLane.com, please report the items within 14 days of receipt and we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. Please follow the instructions above for returning your damaged or incorrect item and indicate this on your return email. You will not be charged for using our shipping label.
